Medical Coverage is provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Medical insurance includes 100% preventive coverage, as well as competitive office visit and prescription drug co-pays.

All full-time employees of PACE Central Michigan will be covered under a company-paid basic life policy, along with a matching accidental death or dismemberment benefit. Employees will also have the option to purchase additional coverage; coverage for dependent children is available.
Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance is provided at no cost to you. Short-Term Disability covers 60% of your salary after 14 days of disability, and Long-Term Disability covers 60% of your salary after 90 days of disability.

Our vision coverage is provided through VSP Vision Plans. VSP has a network of thousands of independent and retail providers. The plan covers an annual exam ($10 co-pay), generous allowances toward both the cost of contacts AND eyeglasses, and also covers hearing care.
